This version loads nearly as quickly as the previous one. The view in
Netscape 7.1 is quite different from the view in IE. Netscape presents all
of the menus already expanded and no bullets by the country names. IE shows
it the way, I think, that you intended it.
For those of us with aging eyes the font seems a bit small and the blue
letters on the grey background add to the reading difficulty.
