Hi

I have a question on opinion for you learned coders.

I have an intranet/extranet site which I am developing which has to conform
to the company standards for the main / home page design.  The corporate
team are developing a standard template for all of the different business
sites to conform to.  The visual design elements I am not concerned with, it
is the coding method I am interested in.  

If you could have a look at these 2 pages and let me know which of the table
constructs you think is the most flexible, adviseable, better practice, and
any other comments you may have for the layout.  If you have any suggestions
as to how else I could code it, please let me know.  

The first page is the corporate code, the second is a much older version of
the layout that I threw together during the first discussions, to prove a
point.  The content is the same.

P.S. I have taken out a lot of the ASP control code so there are hangovers
from that in the pages.
