I currently track three such "repeat visitors" to my site. Two are larger
companies that may just be checking for updates, which is fine. The third,
interestingly, is an arch competitor, and it looks like they too are just
keeping tabs on us.

So no harm, no foul. That said, if I did discover a visitor clearly abusing
our bandwidth, I'd cut their IP off at the knees.
