Try running the <td>'s together, without any spaces between tags:
<td valign=bottom align="left"><IMG align=absbottom border="0"
src="images/LBlueCurveBtm.gif" width="15" vspace=0 height=15></td>

I am going out of my mind with this one, I'm missing something and I need
some other eyes to point me in the right direction.
Please view the test page below...In both IE and in Netscape
http://64.224.187.160/temp.htm
In IE the bevel curve gif on the left hand side sits on the blue bar just as
I want it to.
In Netscape I have about a 3 px white gap. I have tried every combination
of aligns, valigns, boarders, margins etc that I can come up with to no
avail.
