Putting this in your BODY tag will do it (it returns focus to the page, not
the link):

 onClick="self.focus();"

One thing to note: If your link is opening a page in a new window, this
event will cause the original page to pop to the top, over your new page, in
some OLDER browsers (I think it was NN3 that did it when I tested it). But
it worked fine in NN4.x and IE4+.
