I've seen this happen too, in NN versions 4.x and prior, when I make a
change to my CSS file, then access the page using NN. I don't know of ANY
workaround, other than to just bite the bullet and chill.

 It's a very strange problem. For some reason when this page is 
called it will display the css instead of the normal page content, 
but after hitting "back" it will load up the page fine. Also any 
further requests to the page brings up the correct content and not 
the css in the browser. It's as if it only happens the first time 
during a session that netscape tries to access the page.
