Checkboxes and formmail

hi

I have a series of checkboxes on a form:
 <input type="checkbox" name="checkbox" value="Christmas Decorations">

These work fine, except when the form is mailed back to me via formmail the 
information from the checkboxes does not appear.

What am I not doing, that is the problem, all the address details etc. appear
