I have what I call a phantom browser that takes over my system.
I can close my browser, and be looking at  a desktop..  I can click Ctr Alt
Delete and in my list of programs running shows netscape.  I have to click
it and End
program, two or three times to get it to leave.

and here I thought it was just me!!  I love Netscape (no, I am not trying to
start a browser war here!!),  but I have never had so many browser crashes
and phantom instances of Netscape running with any other version of it.  I
too have the problem with links that won't click or java/javascripts that
seem to cause it to hang.  I thought *I* had done something to cause this,
but I can see I didn't.  Hmmm, wonder if I can find my older version of
Netscape to install .....
