Besides topmargin, leftmargin, marginwidth and margin height I also usually
include in my style section a BODY {margin: 0pt;} tag. Is this just
redundant or am I covering a browser / option that I couldn't with just:
<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">
???
