My initial reaction would be a table tag missing or something similar to
that.

I pulled up the initial page in NN4.7 and there are several unclosed quotes
(") on the font face tags. There are also several closing > tags missing,
mainly on Bold elements.  If this kind of error is on the suspect page then
NN will refuse to display.  It sounds like there is part of a table tag
missing on the page that doesn't display at all.  I have put ???? where the
missing tags are.

By my quick count, (and it is rough), you have one too few table closing
statements and there are a few <.tr> <.td> tags missing which could be
causing the problems.
