I've been using hostproof (www.hostproof.com) for quite some time now =
and
must say they are excellecent.  With a CPanel installed they offer =
access to
creating email accounts, webmail, forwarders, perl, PHP, creating =
multiple
ftp accounts, cron jobs, telnet, SSL, access statistics, .htaccess =
directory
protection handling, file manager for even normally hidden files like
.htaccess, custom error page handling, mime type setting, and a some =
more.

They have packages to suit your needs and I experienced good support =
(or
should I say swift answering of all my questions).  I've used many =
hosting
companies in the past, big ISP's, small independent ones, exotically
expensive ones, but my own recommendation lies with them.  I haven't =
set up
a reseller account yet, but if I see a lot of interest, well... :)
