Have set up UBB.Classic before and have also set up .Threads as an update
for .Classic and a clean install.  .Threads is the UBB PHP forum.  Fairly
easy, just be careful with file permissions (CHMOD).  Also, any
customization done is fairly difficult to maintain because of regular
updates and the likes.  You may want to use a file compare tool.  Any
changes you make will have to be remade with updates of the software.
