Is the style sheet in another directory than the page? If so, the
problem is 
that if you reference images in the style sheet Netscape 4 expects a
path 
relative to the *page*, while Explorer and Netscape 6 expect a path
relative 
to the *style sheet*.

Solution: use absolute paths to reference your images.
