I'm thinking it can't be done without some sort of system identifier... such
as IP address tracking or using cookies.  The only other solution I can
think of is handing out to each employee a one time use username/password to
enter the system.

pretty sure it would, but I was hoping to do this without cookies since a
user may not have cookies enabled, same goes for javascript...
