The <P ALIGN=justify> tag works, though it's nonstandard, I think (but, so
what).  The problem is that it only provides the most rudimentary full
justification and to all but the unsophisticated, untrained eye (one's boss,
usually) it can look really bad.  In print, words are usually fully
justified by both adding or subtracting space between both words AND letters
in the words.  This usually results a pretty smooth looking line.  A line of
fully justified HTML doesn't have the spaces between letters to help smooth
things out visually.  Consequently, you can end up with some really large
spaces between words, and that looks pretty bad. It looks like someone made
a mistake.  Unfortunately it's the boss who made the mistake and he or she
(usually he - guys are worse about this sort of thing) is probably the only
one who thinks it looks "really good."   :-(
