Validation

This has not been a high priority on our Intranet but I am becoming
increasingly interested in this topic and it seems very important to me.
Can someone tell if there is any way to validate HTML on a web page found on
an Intranet.  There is no way for someone from outside the company to access
this site.  Are there any downloadable validation tools that could be used
in this instance.
