i guess i'm not sure why you would want to, but basically, if you have your
<style> </style> section in your document, however you last describe A:link
will be what you get.

if, however, you have some stuff in a <div> (we'll say <div
id="prettyColors">) and you want all links in that div to show up a
different color than links on the rest of your page, you can put this in
your <style> section:

prettyColors A:link { color: #ffcc33; }
