I mainly use editpad to do such things, and do a find and replace throughout
all open documents.

I'm using Dreamweaver and I have a web site with 20-30 pages and I need to
replace one graphic with another, slightly bigger graphic, Is there a way to
do that without doing it on each page, individually?
