He's using Netscape on a Sun Ultra.  Which in terms of percentages means
he's got nothing to say in the web-world.  Sorry to put it like this, but
it's time for him to realise 90% of the users will be seeing the page like
you are, and not like he is.

Hello,

One of the complaints I have received on a design that I'm working on is 
that the fonts are too small to read.  The person is using Netscape (ver?) 
on a Sun Ultra.  I'm using Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif, at 10 points.  He 
wanted me to change it one point..but that looks large on my end..what's the

best way to accomodate everyone?
