Ah yeah, I've been through that.  We don't do it anymore.  Which means, if
the customer had his own view and we just have to press the buttons, we
mainly still do a presentation of a few ideas, but he's still free to opt
for his own.

And er... should I mention we never had one going for his own idea? ;D

Still, we then thread on the edges between WEBDESIGN and MAKING WEBSITES.
Customers sometimes just need the second one.  Us being a company providing
house style and logo design, mainly print, we don't have many customers
looking for someone to go ahead and make the bricks fit together.  We're
facing them with difficult decisions between layouts.  AND we don't allow
for them to say 'well this part of that layout and that part of the other,
stick 'em together and shake'.  Those things always end up in designs that
don't really work out.  Been there, done that, no more thanks come again.

I'd like to, but the customer is STUCK on these fonts. No give there, but I
thought maybe the graphics were a little too big, so I need to tell him to
give on that. He's one of those guys that has something specific in mind,
and
doesn't want to give in very well:-) But, thanks.
