The only thing you need is a new account with another ISP.  You can set all
outgoing servers to their server then.

Hi,

Just recently my ISP has changed it's policy on use of it's "Outgoing Mail
Server". Now I can use only their e-mail address to send mails.

Due to this new policy of theirs I am now only *recieving mails* as my web
site host does not provide an Outgoing Mail Server!

Can someone please recommend a free but secure Outgoing Mail Server??? Or
does anyone know of a host providing an Outgoing Mail Server for $7 a
month???
