That's actually a very good question I think.  I have done it in the past as
I remember though that was back when I didn't bother about the less-used
browsers, but have stepped away from it because I thought it wasn't very
'standard'.  Looking forward to getting some answers on this one.

I also thought about a dynamic css file.  Does anyone know if an external
stylesheet SHOULD be .CSS or could it also be .INC or .ASP or .PHP?
