Hello All :

I am new to web development, very new.  I've been doing HTML and JavaScript
web sites for a couple of years but nothing more than that.

The law firm that I have been designing web site for now has come to me to
ask me to write a proposal to take the following application web based:
Microsoft Office/Outlook, Lotus Notes, and PC Docs.

All I am asking for is places on the web to get the resources, software,
hardware and possible training to get this project going. If you have been
able to take these or any application to the web and can share your thoughts
I would greatly appreciate it.
