I would find out what server they're using. Both IIS and Apache (and
others I would imagine) allow you to designate custom 404 pages. For
example, this is how it appears in the Apache web server httpd.conf file:

ErrorDocument 404 /html/404.html

Your service provider would probably have no problem setting this up for
you.
