vi has so much power I think I'll always consider myself a beginner. As
will most people. My server is on a T-3 and I use linux to code everything
(or atleast 95% of everything) so coding from home on @home is
instantaneous. (I'm sending this message using telnet and pine on my
server).

I just thought, based on my interpretation, that it was pretty wierd to
get offended by the comments. Based on Lisa's remarks it's clear that she
knows what telnet is but may have only used it in a certain way, which
appears as though the app is telnet. For example, typing telnet
somedomain.com in run in Windoze will open a command window. Maybe that is
what she thought telnet was. The window not the protocol.

But regardless. No biggie for any of us. Thanks for clearing it up.
