I'm late here (on digest).
I can access Front Page-built pages on my Mac, no problem. If there's
a problem it's the code (as always!), not the browser. Mac IE5 has
excellent support for standards, better than v.5 on Win from what I
can tell. NN4x is, well, Netscape.
I second Debbie Shadowitz's comments on GoLive 5. I've had GL since
early in v.4's life and I trialled Dreamweaver 4 recently; they each
do things well, and some things not so well. Like other GL users I
know, I found it hard to get past DW's messy interface. From the flak
GL gets in various places it's obvious some critics don't know the
program.
Third party development of actions (behaviours) for GoLive is growing
all the time - links at the Adobe site. So DW has the market share at
the moment, but GL is equally good (IMHO, better!), they're just
different.
My 2p's worth.
