Here's an interesting result.

My NN6 wouldn't load the page properly at all.  It would load say the first
bar, or the first few bars, every time I reloaded it did no more.  I had to
put the URL in again, (hit return in the location), and it would add a bar
and say it was done, waiting resulted in no more activity, until I hit
return again.

So I got the whole page by repeatedly reloading the url, and then the
mouseover worked fine.  When I tried to reload, I got the same result, one
bar, 2 bars, 4 bars, after re-loading.  If I moved the mouse at all while
the page was loading, then it stopped loading anything and nothing worked.

If I leave and come back several bars may appear, but not all, even if I
wait for a short time.  A straight reload returns only one bar.
Occasionally two or three.

If the page loads with typeing in the URL then the mouseover works, if I do
a reload, then the mouse over fails.  That is both regardless of how many
bars it is displaying.

System:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001108 Netscape6/6.0 

I hope that that helps, I could draw no set rule for even how many initial
bars would appear, but it would appear the mouse over would work on a
straight load, and fail on any re-load.

My NN6 does seems to be ignoring images at random on many pages, so it may
not be relevant to this test.

If you could put an alert in the body onLoad so that we could tell when it
thinks it is finished loading it might help tell what it is trying to do, as
mine just stops and says done, but I know the page isn't all there.
