 This is something peculiar that I've been noticing the past couple of
days: I've seen several sites with colored scroll bars, i.e. the scroll
bar on the right is the same color as the website being viewed.  Is this
some sort of script, or is it a behavior, like the personalized icons in the
address bar?
Anybody know?
