Well eh, no.

the ubb directory doesn't go in cgi-bin.  The members directory goes in the
cgi-bin folder, but preferably is located above the web root.

Someone suggested there might be a person with experience that may help you
out, well here I am.  If you want me to install it for you, I'd be very
happy to do so for you.  It can be fixed in a few minutes and actually
there's a complete readme install guide with the program that's actually
very clear.  It's just that you need to read it with good attention.  I
mean, when I first installed it I never even opened an FTP proggy, but
managed the install without problems in less that half an hour.
