As far as I know, in the Opera browser you can disable frames and so check
the noframes section.

Subject: Testing Non-frames
Hi all
I just inherited a site that uses frames (which normally I never use)
and I wondered, how does one test the <.noframes> section of the pages?
Or is it not worth bothering with them anymore?
cheers
jalal
