Smallest readable fontsize

Hello guys,

was wondering, when defining CSS styles, what's the actual minimum font size
in pixels you can define to still keep it readable in all operating systems,
all browsers (Linux, Netscape,...):

Verdana
Tahoma
Arial
Times
