	I have 0600 and I didn't get an error message, but I also didn't get
content.  I'm not sure if it's a big file and was just loading slowwly in
the background (my office is only connected at 28.8 - yuck) or if it wasn't
loading and also wasn't returning an error.  Don't know if that helps.
