recommend a web hosting w/ domain name

Can anyone recommend a web hositng server that will offer 25-30 MB web space, 
domain name registration and ftp server.
I do a site for our non-profit organiztion, and have had it up online for 
almost a year, but the site has been down for 3 days now, (of course, it it 
on one of those free servers on the web **smile**) and am looking into having 
our own domain etc.
