You can make it intrepret all HTML code. However, you could only include a
picture that was uploaded to your own webspace, and not upload one to the
server. Never bothered me, as I've always used a message board for that:
posting text messages.
If you can, go for Phorum. It's certainly the best I've managed to find, and
I have scoured the web!
