if you made raods so they were just wide enough for cars, then how would
you expect lorries to get to you? is it a case of sod the lorries
because they are in the minority?

IE and netscape both have problems and neither conform to the w3c rules
100% anyway. and both have bugs in various places, and both have
security holes. though IE has more security holes than netscape.
not coding for one or the other is silly. you need to code for both.
there are over 200 million people on the net. even if only 15% of them
use netscape, how many people is that? erm.... lots.
its like saying your not good enough you cant come in.  discrimination?
i know what its like, and im sure that everyone else does knows what its
like, to go to a site that you cant use because of the coding. a little
more than very irritating. also makes the company look bad. if they cant
be bothered to code properly for all browsers then what impression would
you get about the company?
its not just about doing things properly, its also about the impression
that you give to visitors and potencial customers.
