image dicer is free and works and does it simply.

fireworks is good at it too. but youve got to pay for that

www.macromedia.com

photoshop6 can slice too. but its pretty substandard at it. it isnt very
accurate.

Can anyone recommend a tool that will cut a large JPG into smaller pieces
