maybe ask yahoo and infoseek etc for stats. if you pretend to be looking
into banner advertising they may not mind giving you general stats. ......
it is for a good cause after all.... money in the CEO's pocket.

Does anyone know where I can find some real statistics that will show the
effectiveness of banner advertising?  If possible I would like to look at
several sources and compare the results.  Preferably, the statistics will be
for large sites, such as search engines etc..
