though you can get it to work in netscape. some pixel widths convert to
percentage and are the same size. if that made sence. its not always easy
though to get it working properly. but is very possible. maybe though it
will be easyer to have two framesets and have a redirect page pointing the
browser to the right framespage.

The problem is that Netscape 2-4 takes your pixel value, reverts it to a 
percentage and then back to pixels, so the frame will never be exactly as 
large as you said it should be and you can *never* assume that it will have 
a specific width or height.

This is a fundamental problem without a solution. When working in frames, 
never make a design that requires one frame to be exactly so-and-so large, 
since it won't work in Netscape.
