HTML Question

I have a single frame page with a table nested inside another table and I'd
like to center the whole thing on the page, both horizontally and
vertically... so no matter what size the browser becomes, the box will
always show up in the center.  (It's a login prompt)

I was able to accomplish horizontal centering via the "center" tag... how
can I center vertically?
