Frames Question

We use frames for a couple of the web applications on our Intranet.  There
are two frames the left frame contains the menu and the right frame displays
the content.  Sometimes the content forces a scrollbar on the right frame
and my boss would like to know if there is anyway to have both frames scroll
"in sync".

I know that the "proper" thing to do would be to redesign this system but it
is being phased out this year in favor of a corporate system.  But if anyone
has a way to have frames scroll "in sync", I am sure it would help me score
some points with my boss.
