Recently, a decision was made to change our intranet from frames to using
ColdFusion includes.  This has been a very good decision so far.  However,
we have several people who do extensive data entry operations through forms.
The problem that I have encountered this week (which admittedly was
thought-through upfront) is that when the page loads the focus automatically
starts on the menu bar and if the person doing the data entry doesn't like
using the mouse she must tab through all the menu options to reach the form.
Can someone provide some insight into how I can move the focus to the first
text box on the form?

(NOTE:  Up until now I always used the tabindex to get started in the right
spot.  This no longer works on this form.)
