I'm always amused by people who assume that FrontPage use is an indicator of
someone who knows nothing and builds web sites with black backgrounds, large
yellow text, and throbbing rainbow graphics.
I use FrontPage as part of my toolkit along with HomeSite and WS_FTP Pro. I
favor UNIX web servers and Perl. I like simplicity. Does that make me an
amateur? So far none of the sites I've built have fallen apart, my clients
(the ones who count) don't think they are crappy, I've had no browser
compatibility problems, and no toothpick issues.
Some people get all passionate about the tools they use, like it's an image
thing, and make assumptions about people who use tools they don't approve of,
like they know. Whatever! Next it will be another endless and deadly dull
argument over Mac versus PC. I say whatever you use, use it well. The results
are all that matter.

learns frontpage, and then sells his frontpages. The sites suck, they're
crappy, and if you move one toothpick, the whole thing will colapse>>
