I agree, very well done. On boston.com, there's a very annoying ad for AT&T
Broadband which includes animations that jump out of the top banner ad, but
completely obscure the article I'm reading! What I like about the Animal
Planet ad is that it starts out almost as a watermark on the weather map,
and it doesn't sit on top of content I need to read!

I know this is usually really annoying to me, but I just visited the weather
channel (http://www.weather.com/index.html ) and got a kick out of the use
of a chameleon blended into the weather map to highlight an Animal Planet
ad. The little guy skitters away and then doesn't come back.
Just thought it was well done.
