Forms "sorted but there lurks that nasty javascript" HELL!

Heya gang,

thanks to all you wonderful folks,
Mr.Will is proficient in forms (well I got one working, and even sorted out 
how to work the CGI functions) so thanks muchly.

The javascript bit still is wonky on said page,

I don't get why it adds the things up wrongly every third item.
If anyone has ideas, I would be grateful to hear them!!
