I worked for a company that implemented topWING ecommerce software.  I did
the implementation actually.  Nice product, with shopping cart, everything.
Runs on Oracle.  Don't know if they still market the product.

Ok, I've checked the archives (which I find less helpful than the old
system)
and I haven't found anything regarding point of sale or inventory.

I need to find out if anyone has a lead for small retail businesses to
incorporate point of sale software on a brick and mortar store that also has
an
interface to an online store.  We do not want to re-enter data from one
system
to another and keeping track of inventory is important.  I do not know of
any
software or interface that would meet this need which can be affordable to
smaller businesses.

Web searches have resulted in very little and of the few I've found, the
interface between the brick & mortar store and the online store are either
non-existent or VERY crude.

If anyone knows of such a critter, I would greatly appreciate being spared
the
time to keep searching and sifting.
