Does anybody know of a great free-ware icon editor
that will convert .bmp graphics into .ico as well as
allow you to edit and/or create .ico graphics?  I've
used IconForge in the past, but they seem to have a 30
day limit now for their trial version and I don't feel
like paying for it.  

I remember I once had a great program that would
convert .bmp, .jpg, .gif and allow you to create/edit
.icos.  It also would search through all your dll
files on your hard drive and pull out the icons from
them.
