http://sanfrancisco.worldweb.com/ - try this one

I was told the www only is an extra feature on the domain nameservers, as
it's them taking care of it.  Main name servers merely interpret the
"worldweb.com" part.

Since we maintain our own DNS servers, we started using a naming convention
for regional offices where they add their city name to the left of our main
domain name. Like this ...

    cityname.vantagemed.com

It works great, but one office asked about adding www to the left of
cityname. Apparently inexperienced Web users were typing that in, then
saying they couldn't find the regional site. I tried it on our DNS server,
but the software refused to take the additional characters. I told the
inquiring office it wasn't technically possible. About a week later they
found a site doing exactly that (www.sanfrancisco.worldweb.com). Now I'm
wondering if anyone can explain how this was accomplished? TIA.
