It WOULD of course make things easier if this setting were to be implemented
similar to the robots.txt file.  You would just have to put ONE config file
in your root directory, sortof like the favicon, or CSS, only without having
to put a link in your html files.

Or even make it a server-based feature, but then of course, they would
distribute IIS with it turned on by default, better performance when turned
on, blah blah regular MS stuff.

Actually, that would be nice, but wouldn't it be sort of counter-productive 
in their business model?
