Well okay, we'll see how things turn out wtih what is required to get
smartlinks to not work.

I will build a database if those smartlinks require action to NOT display
them.  Thus, if anything needs to be done to older sites to make sure they
do NOT appear, I'll build us a small database (access based - unless someone
feels like converting it to SQL or anything more serious).  Should do with
this app though.
