There is a code that does this, though it MUST be server based.  If only I
could remember where I saw this...

I guess www.asp101.com or www.4guysfromrolla.com would be a good place to
start looking.

I appreciate those who took the time to respond. One mistake I did make was 
that I did not include one thing-I basically want ad #1(from ad service A) 
to show X percent of the time and ad #2(From ad Service B) to show X 
percent of the time. Unfortunately, I don't think I would learn either PHP 
or VBScript in a short time as to solve this problem. I guess I thought 
being able to rotate simple code would be easier than this :)
